The 99th Run was held on Saturday 30th June 2001 around Hastings Old Town and was hared by Bushsquatter & Cliffbanger, our Canadian summer emigres. Given that the area has seen 4 Hash runs, I think everyone was surprised by their trail - really good!!

The Beer Stop turned out to be on West Hill, overlooking the harbour and Old Town.

We were delighted that three visiting Hashers from Oxted found us afterwards at the On-After in the Hastings Arms

The 100th on the following day was held in Hemsted Forest, near Tenterden, and was hared by our founders Sexist & Old Fart. Other run data: The pack numbered 25 hounds; Hash Flash was Bushsquatter; the Hash Circle was held at the On-On, the ex-Harrier pub at Sandhurst with Kingfisher as RA; and the weather was superb!
